All water tank

Closed tank in which sludge is in direct contact with domestic wastewater passing through the structure. Solid organic matter is partially decomposed by the action of anaerobic bacteria.

Catch basin - Digester / Septic Tank

Closed tank in which sludge is in direct contact with domestic wastewater passing through the structure. Solid organic matter is partially decomposed by the action of anaerobic bacteria.

Imhoff tanks

The Imhoff tank is a combined anaerobic biological pretreatment tank. The sedimentation (in the top part) and the anaerobic digestion of the organic material on the bottom take place in the same dual-compartment unit.

Biological perculator filters

Bacterial beds of a specific mass of material (50 to 160 m2· m-3) serving as substrate for the microorganisms that form a film of variable thickness on it. They represent an extra treatment to the septic tanks, obtaining higher treatment performances.

Accumulation tank

This unit is the best wastewater storage solution when the ground characteristics or authorities' requirements make it impossible/illegal to discharge wastewater into the environment. This is collected in the tank and when it is full it must be emptied.

Manual screen

This is a wastewater pretreatment unit. This passes through a grill with a gap of 20 mm. The voluminous matter and other floating waste are trapped and retained by the grill. These solids must be collected manually from the draining basket using a rake.

Automatic screen

Particularly recommended for pretreatment in installations of over 200 EH. This accessory is designed to retain and separate bulky floating bodies and bodies in suspension retained by the waste water.

Rotary sieve

Specially designed for solid-liquid separation, performing this by means of a continuous rotation system. The filtering cylinder is cleaned automatically by counter-current rinsing.

Screw sieve for channel

Specially recommended for pretreatment of more than 200 EH, for the separation of solids present in wastewater and their subsequent transportation.

Screw sieve

The vertical rotary sieve is made in stainless steel ASI304. To facilitate its installation, it is installed in an FRP tank with no need for a concrete channel. The sieve separates the solids present in the wastewater.

Stainless steel fats separator

The stainless steel separators are manufactured in accordance with European technical standard EN 1825 and German technical standard DIN 4040.

FRP Fats separator

The fats separator is an essential component in the treatment of household wastewater that may contain a considerable volume of fats or animal or vegetable origin. Built in accordance with standard NF EN 1825-1.

Underground silo for sludge storage

The sludge accumulated in the clarifier of the activated sludge treatment plant must be regularly bled to a sludge storage silo.
